The UP2YOUTH consortium has published its Newsletter 1/2007.
In its session on 24-25 May 2007 in Brussels, the European Council of Education, Youth and Culture adopted a resolution in which Member States are invited to develop a 'flexicurity' approach in supporting young people in their transition work.
