Commission communication on youth participation |

The European Commission has adopted a
communication stressing a cross-cutting
to youth issues to enhance young
people‘s active participation in education,
employment and in society.
The Communication proposes to reinforce the partnership
between EU institutions and youth
representatives and to prepare in
future every three years an EU report
on youth. Other concrete proposals include
the launch of a consultation and
an impact assessment on voluntary
activities of young people, an initiative
for job mobility and access of young
people to culture.
